We alternate Monday topic practice with Wednesday sessions for a demo, idioms and discussion. Sessions run approximately every two weeks, with breaks around holidays. The exact dates are listed below.

Two ways to practise
Mondays · Topic practice
Each Monday focuses on one part of Metaphors of Movement. Work through practical exercises, try the approach for yourself and receive feedback.
Across the programme, we will cover all 11 topics below, in order.
Wednesdays · Demo, idioms & discussion
Observe a session demonstration, explore idioms and discuss what happens in practice. Bring your questions and learn from other participants’ observations.
These sessions alternate with the Monday topic sessions.
Andrew Austin joins us for occasional Q&A sessions, usually two or three times a year. Dates will be announced separately.
Practice schedule
All times are UK local time (Europe/London), allowing for the change between British Summer Time and Greenwich Mean Time. Please use the dates below when planning your attendance; holiday breaks mean the gaps are not always exactly two weeks. There are no sessions in August. After 28 July, we return on 6 September.
